Coach J. Rivas is an exceptional coach with several years of experience in coaching AAU basketball. He is deeply passionate about his players and fully committed to their development both on and off the court. Coach Rivas has been with One Dream Lions for three years, and his dedication to the game is truly unmatched.

Coach Eddie Gonzalez has been an integral part of our team for the past three years. His dedication to mentoring and developing young athletes is truly remarkable. Eddie brings a passion for both coaching and teaching, creating a positive and growth-focused environment for our players.

He currently leads our Windermere, Florida location and serves as the head coach of the girls' team. We are proud to have him as part of our organization, and we know the players are just as excited to have him guiding them on and off the field.

Coach Jordan Thompson brings more than 10 years of coaching experience to our program. He began his career in recreational leagues and has since coached at both the AAU and scholastic levels, working with both boys’ and girls’ teams.

What sets Coach Thompson apart is not just his love for the game, but his commitment to mentoring athletes and shaping character. He uses basketball as a platform to inspire and guide every player he’s privileged to work with.

We are proud to welcome Coach Martinez as the newest member of the One Dream Lions family. He brings a wealth of coaching experience and a deep passion for the game. Coach Martinez is dedicated to mentoring our athletes and consistently goes above and beyond—spending time with the kids after practice and supporting their growth both on and off the field. Since joining our program, he has already made a significant impact on our players. We’re thrilled to have him on board.
